On-Call

Konecranes knows that when your equipment isn't running, your production suffers. Our expert technicians are standing by 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Planned

Konecranes will work with your operation schedule and time constraints to fulfill your planned repair needs. Planned repairs are scheduled according to inspection and maintenance reports. Our technicians arrive fully-equipped, stocked with spare parts, and ready to repair your equipment in order to get your production up and running.

Field Modernizations

The expert technicians of Konecranes have the training and resources to solve repeated repair problems. Crane modernizations can be carried out quickly, using pre-engineered solutions, with as little disruption to production as possible.

GO Packages
A General Overhaul (GO) package is used when the equipment has reached the end of its Safe Working Period. The GO package includes all parts that must be replaced in order to achieve like-new performance.

Design-Out Maintenance
Design-out maintenance is used to eliminate repeatedly occurring problems in critical parts of the crane. This requires knowledge of crane design, access to information on critical parts, and data on reasons for failure. A service base of over 180,000 cranes under contract provides continuous feedback on potential problems and good solutions. Whether it's implementing a radio control to improve a production process or installing a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to increase productivity, Konecranes has the knowledge, expertise, and solutions to keep your equipment running at the highest level.
