On-Call

KCI Konecranes knows that when your equipment's not running, your production's not running. That's why our expert technicians are standing by, ready to respond to your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service trucks arrive at your location stocked with spares, which may save your operation hours of downtime waiting for parts.

Planned

KCI Konecranes will work with your operation schedule and time constraints to fulfil your planned repair needs. Planned repairs are scheduled according to inspection and maintenance reports. Our technicians arrive fully equipped, ready to repair your equipment and get your production up and running.

KCI Konecranes' expert technicians have the training and resources to solve repeated repair problems. Crane Modernization can be carried out very fast using pre-engineered solutions.

GO packages
A General Overhaul (GO) package is used when the Safe Working Period of the equipment has come to it's end. The GO package includes all parts that must be replaced in order to bring equipment lifetime back to the beginning.

Design-out-maintenance
Design-out-maintenance is used to eliminate repeatedly occurring problems in critical parts of the crane. This requires knowledge in crane design, access to information on critical parts and data on reasons for failure. A service base of over 180 000 cranes under contract provides continuous feedback on potential problems and good solutions. Whether it's implementing a radio control to improve a production process or installing a variable frequency drive (VFD) to increase productivity, KCI Konecranes has the knowledge, expertise and solutions to keep your equipment running at the highest level possible.
