US Awards for Safety Excellence, June 2005

In June 2005, The US National safety Council (NSC) presented the 2004 "Green Cross For Safety Excellence" and "Fleet Division Leader" awards to KCI Konecranes Region Americas. KCI Konecranes Region Americas recorded injury rates approximately 65% below the industry average in the "Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail Systems" category during 2004. KCI Konecranes was also recognized for having the lowest reported vehicle accident rate in the "Truck Division, Other Service Vehicles Category" in the 501+ vehicles group.

Crane Pro Services Among Top 500 US Employers in 2001

KCI Konecranes' American service operation Crane Pro Services was ranked among the 500 finest employers in USA in August 2001. More than 10,000 companies were examined in a survey investigating criteria such as company policy for human resources development and healthcare. In addition, the survey looked at the company's business performance in terms of sales growth. Crane Pro Services' ranking was 421. The ranking is based on 30 surveys conducted by BestJobsUSA.com and examined businesses, not only through the eyes of prospective employees, but also based on how other organizations look upon their corporate colleagues.
