Development Programs

KCI Konecranes offers a number of training initiatives to its personnel both locally and on Group level. KCI Konecranes’ training efforts concentrate on two areas, on one hand developing and sustaining technical skills and on the other hand improving people and business skills among middle and top management. In training we also co-operate with vocational schools, universities and other professional training providers. Management encourages employees to find their individual development programs and supports these studies both financially and with the necessary time.
