MAINMAN II - TNG® - Added Value Inspection & Maintenance Program

Mainman is a unique inspection and preventive maintenance program that analyzes over 200 crane components for safety, compliance and condition. This computerized program tracks individual crane history, prioritizing maintenance and predicting possible failures.

Mainman produces a custom report for your company complete with detailed safety inspection graphs, repair summaries, fixed repair estimates and individual component analysis. This report is hand delivered to your facility and reviewed with you by a Crane Pro Technical Advisor, an expert in crane maintenance.

Along with your report is a customized Business Review detailing: maintenance goals, spending and recommendations for the future, a plan to reduce emergency repair costs and promote crane uptime for the future and a plan to use crane maintenance dollars to get return on investment.

Offered annually or upon request, a Crane Pro Business Review reports on the results of your maintenance program and details your spending. The average result of a Crane Pro Maintenance program yields an average savings of 10-20%!

  Business Review example:

Maintenance Goals
Crane Pro Services offers your company the means to reach these important and cost saving maintenance goals.

Maintenance Cost = Return on investment

Crane Pro Services’ maintenance programs lower yearly overhead crane costs below that of in-house or competitors’ crane maintenance programs.

Inspection / PM Costs vs. Total Costs

KCI’s database suggests that by finding an optimum balance between inspection and PM costs vs. repair activities, customers can realize their lowest overall maintenance costs.

How Your Dollars Were Spent
