Since 2000, Konecranes Americas provides its top management with a development process called LLP. Over the years, we have managed the development process in conjunction with leading business schools and consultancies, such as IMD of Lausanne, Switzerland, London Business School, and CTRE Consulting of Australia. The process offers high-level leadership insights to prospective top executives. The process is conducted once a year.
