Development Programs

Konecranes Americas offers a number of training initiatives to its personnel both locally and on Group level. The training efforts of Konecranes concentrate on two areas: first, on developing and sustaining technical skills; and second, on improving people and business skills among middle and top management. In training, we also cooperate with vocational schools, universities, and other professional training providers. Management encourages employees to find the individual development programs that fit their needs. Konecranes supports these studies both financially and with the necessary time.
